BUT we have a place to move, in a pretty awesome location, and Riggins loves to people watch from the porch. .
I was telling Derek how it’s funny that when I walk Riggins around Queen Anne hill I feel broke. .
And then I feel like a turd for thinking that, bc we are more fortunate than so so many. .
No matter where you are physically or mentally- taco bowl night is always a step in the right direction.

In the context of conventionally raised chicken, sounds like it’s basically a disease in the muscles where the birdies body grows too fast for the body to grow tissue to fill them in. 😦⠀
.⠀
Antibiotic-free, organic, free range are super important, but there’s this whole other aspect where the birdies genetics are messed with so that they grow as fast as possible. ⠀
.⠀
Food for thought. Even birds with room to roam can be bred to grow so fast their legs can’t support the weight of their bodies. ⠀
.⠀
